About this event
This class is designed for kids to join their parent(s) or an approved guardian in a shorter version of our Restorative yoga class. We will work on tuning into the breath and body, and rest in simple yoga poses for 3-4 minutes, challenging ourselves to slow down and stay present! Kids attend free with their adult!
