Join Sarah for this special time of deep, long yin poses enhanced by a rich sound bath meditation with multiple layers of instruments, including quartz crystal bowls, chimes, flutes, guitar, tongue drum, voice and more. This 60 minute practice will take you on a journey of being, feeling, tuning in to your body and profound rest.
