ENVIRONMENT NEWS

  • The Missouri Department of Natural Resources sent a letter on Thursday to Mayor Buffaloe and Commissioner Kendrick stating that Columbia and Boone County must submit new ordinance language by Nov. 15 to curb waste from homeless encampments entering streams like Hinkson Creek — Grindstone Creek and Hominy Branch.
