- ➤ Four Oaks Farm begins its U-Pick Sunflower Season tomorrow from 4-8 p.m. and will run through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Families can pay $3 per person for field access (free for children age 2 and under) and pick sunflowers for $2 each or $20 for a dozen while kids enjoy a $7 wristband for unlimited cow train and zipline rides. - ➤ Senator Mike Moon, Representative Bryant Wolfin and a Maries County man filed a lawsuit in Cole County challenging Senate Bill 3, which provides stadium subsidies criticized as a bribe to keep the Kansas City teams in the state.
