ECONOMY NEWS
- ➤ Gas prices have increased to nearly $4.15 per gallon (in mid-Missouri) and over $4.50 nationally, leaving drivers few options below $4 at the pump. Local residents are invited to vote in the poll to share their thoughts. ABC 17
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ On Friday and Saturday, Stephens College held graduation ceremonies at the Kimball Ballroom and Missouri Theatre—honoring 104 students, including a posthumous degree for Aiyanna Williams, with speeches by community leaders such as Adonica Coleman. KOMU 8
- ➤ Columbia Public Schools will meet Monday at 6:30 p.m. to consider a 6% salary increase for Superintendent Jeff Klein, renew an agreement with BVD Cultural Exchange for international teachers from July 1 to June 30, and update its bullying policy. ABC 17
