ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ A crash on Highway 22 outside Sturgeon on Monday injured two people when a 2003 Toyota Avalon driven by a 39-year-old Sturgeon woman collided with a 2021 Toyota Corolla steered by a 31-year-old Columbia man—both vehicles left the road and were totaled—prompting first responders to work for several hours as the man was flown to University Hospital and the woman was brought in by ambulance. - ➤ Two people from Boone County were seriously injured Tuesday afternoon near Sturgeon when a 2003 Toyota Avalon driven by a 39-year-old woman and a 2021 Toyota Corolla driven by a 31-year-old man collided on Missouri 22 east of U.S. 63—both were taken to University Hospital. KOMU 8
