- ➤ Assessors with the National Weather Service found evidence of a (EF-1) tornado in Columbia and straight-line winds in Boone County on Sunday, April 20, and city officials said about 100 residents along Paris Road will wait a few days for power as crews repair broken utility poles and storm damage on Paris Road and Creasy Springs Road.
