- ➤ NASA’s Artemis II launched Wednesday, Apr. 1 at 5:35 p.m. CST after a brief battery delay — University of Missouri students are tracking the historic flight’s 10-day orbit, which includes a lunar flyby before returning to earth. KRCG
- ➤ Stephens College announced the appointment of Dr. Rabekah D. Stewart as Vice President for Student Success and Engagement. The Jefferson City native (with over 25 years in education) will begin her role on May 4. KOMU 8
- ➤ Columbia Public Schools' policy committee met Wednesday evening to discuss revisions that require all school staff and volunteers to promptly report and act on bullying incidents (including off-campus and during breaks). The changes are expected to be finalized by the end of April. KOMU 8
