- ➤ The city completed upgrades at (Albert-Oakland Park, Capen Park and Twin Lakes Recreation Area) by adding new trees, parking lots and playgrounds. Columbia Missourian
ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ A fire started at Sturgeon Residential Care on Monday, March 30 at 4:37 a.m. but no injuries were reported as staff evacuated residents and about 30 firefighters put the blaze out while investigators worked to determine its cause. KRCG

- ➤ The Deuce Pub and Pit is the first bar approved for extended World Cup hours, with closing times shifted to 2:30 a.m. on select summer dates (June 14, 17, 20, 21, 23, 27 and July 3) according to the Columbia Convention and Visitors Bureau. ABC 17
